On December 26, Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni had a unique family bonding experience with his grandchildren. They spent the day grazing cattle at his farm in Kiruhura district.

Museveni's farm, located at Rwakitura, is home to hundreds of long-horned cattle. The president has a significant amount of land at his disposal, allowing him to engage in large-scale farming.

Earlier in the week, Museveni had advised farmers to invest in quality breeds capable of attracting the international market. He cited poor storage and drying maize on the ground as reasons why Ugandan maize had been rejected in the past.

On Twitter, Museveni shared his thoughts on the importance of passing on cultural knowledge to the younger generation during the festive season. He tweeted, "We should use this festive season with the presence of many holidaymakers to tip the younger generation on our culture, heritage, and instill in them the values of discipline and hard work."
