Comedian Chipukeezy's family is mourning the loss of his grandfather, Mzee Killian Kithui, who passed away on December 17.
Naibu Rais William Ruto has condoled with the family, expressing his sadness at the news.
"Mzee Kithui was a diligent public servant who carried out his duties with dedication and passion, especially during his time as a teacher," Ruto said in a condolence message.
He also praised Mzee Kithui's humility and respect for others, describing him as a true Christian.
Chipukeezy's grandfather will be laid to rest on December 27.
