While responding to a fan's question on her Instagram stories, Huddah revealed that she broke her virginity at the age of 19. However, it was the circumstances surrounding the event that left tongues wagging.
According to Huddah, the man she was with got her drunk with alcohol and then took advantage of her, leaving her questioning whether it was a case of rape.
"I broke my virginity when I was nineteen this guy got me drunk then he f me, so I guess that is rape right, I need to press charges on him," Huddah said.
Her confession sparked an online conversation that seemed to strike a nerve among Kenyans on Twitter, with many sharing their own similar experiences and calling for education on the issue.
"A lot of times, I always look back at some campus experiences, the stories people told, and now that I think about it, most girls have gone through that," one Twitter user, @slyrie, said.
