On Christmas Day, Rosemary Odinga, daughter of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga, shared a remarkable story of her journey to full sight at St. Peter's ACK Church in Bondo, Siaya County.

Published on December 26, 2019, Rosemary revealed that she had fully regained her sight after two years of battling partial blindness, which she attributed to an illness.

She recalled the difficult moments when she had to rely on sounds and movements to navigate her surroundings, feeling isolated and alone.

As a mother, Rosemary found it particularly painful not being able to see her children, and she expressed gratitude for the prayers and support she received during that challenging time.

Accompanied by her father, opposition chief Raila Odinga, Rosemary's emotional testimony moved the congregation at the Christmas service.
