On Christmas Day, 2019, a group of Arsenal fans in Kenya made a heartwarming gesture by visiting the Jogoo Children's Home in Kisii and donating foodstuffs to the underprivileged children.
According to Capital FM, the fans, who came from different parts of the country, decided to spend their Christmas with the less fortunate, giving back to the society through charity events.
"Other than watching the game, we decided that we meet as a family and do something positive that can transform the society," Dominic Ouko, one of the supporters, was quoted as saying.
The kind gesture comes at a time when Arsenal is struggling for form and consistency in the Premier League, currently sitting 11th on the league standings with just 23 points, off fourth-placed Chelsea.
However, with the appointment of Mikel Arteta as new boss, fans will be hoping the former club skipper can steady the ship and turn around their fortunes.
