On December 15th and 19th, 2019, 130 members of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) conducted the 2019 HWPL First Kenya Volunteer Activities in Kibera slum.

HWPL, which proclaimed the 'Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)' in 2016, is working on the 'Legislate Peace (LP)' project to promote a global peace movement.

The LP project encourages participation in various sectors, including politics, law, media, religion, women, youth, and civil society, to expand a culture of peace worldwide.

As part of the LP project, the volunteer activity was an environmental cleanup service under the subtitle 'United For Peace and Harmony.'

HWPL aims to spread the culture of peace through regular peace education and volunteer activities, as stated by an official from the organization.

'It is real peace education to teach and experience what mindset a citizen must have to achieve peace,' said Duncan Oliech, a participant in the activity.

HWPL plans to continue spreading the culture of peace through regular activities, with the goal of making it an international law.
