At the center of the drama was her ex-co-wife, Sandra, who had been accusing Mama Dangote of keeping her son Rally Jones due to her wealth.
Mama Dangote responded to the constant accusations by posting a photo of herself with her partner, followed by a cryptic message to Sandra, saying if she felt her husband was being kept, she could make her own money.

However, one fan was brave enough to call Mama Dangote a 'husband snatcher,' prompting her to respond.

Sandra then fired back, saying, "MIMI SINA BWANA NINA MUME".
But the fan quickly clarified that she was only joking, saying, "KUKUCHOKOZA TU…JIENJOY KABISA NA MUMEO. LIFE IS SHORT MAMA NDANGOTE".
