On December 22, 2019, a car accident shook the lives of radio personality Shaffie Weru and his friend Mike, who was driving a car belonging to Fred Gumo's family.
Speaking exclusively to Mpasho, Shaffie Weru expressed his gratitude for being alive after the accident, which involved a lorry.
According to Shaffie, the lorry rammed into the car, leaving him shaken. He described the car as 'like an armored car' and acknowledged that the accident was a sobering reminder of life's preciousness.
Jeff Koinange, another celebrity who owns a similar car, quickly assured his fans that he was okay after photos of the badly damaged car went viral.
Jeff was on his way to Baringo with Rashid Abdalla and comedian Professor Hamo to give an early Christmas to the Baringo Dancing trio when the accident occurred.
The car, which ranges between 10-20 million shillings depending on the location, was badly damaged in the accident.
