David Mungai Waweru, a devoted husband, father, and brother, left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew him.
On December 9, 2019, Mr. Waweru peacefully passed away at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore after a short illness, surrounded by loved ones.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Mugure Mungai, and their children, Gideon Waweru and Grace Wairimu, who reside in Kenya.
Mr. Waweru's legacy extends to his siblings, Rachel Waweru, Mary Gathunguri, and Samuel Ngugi Mbugua, as well as his nieces and nephews, Grace Wairimu, Catherine, and Cynthia Gathunguri.
As the family prepares to lay Mr. Waweru to rest in Kenya, they invite friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating his life and memory.
