DCI Falls Short in Sumuri Talino Forensic Workstation Award

On December 21, 2019, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) congratulated the Henry County Police Department on winning the Sumuri Talino Forensic Workstation award.

The DCI had been nominated for the award alongside four US police departments, including the Henry County Police Department, Elkton Police Department, Washington Police Department, and Philadelphia Police Department.

According to the DCI, the nomination was a clear indication of their collective efforts aimed at ensuring public safety.

In a statement, the directorate thanked those who voted for it, acknowledging the support of Kenyans in the process.

The DCI had been appealing to the public to vote for it in the last week, with the aim of clinching the award and receiving the Talino Forensics Workstation & Access Data FTK Software License.
