Rachael Ruto Celebrates Husband's Birthday with Heartwarming Message ¶
On December 21, 2019, Rachael Ruto, the wife of Deputy President William Ruto, celebrated her husband's 53rd birthday with a heartwarming message on Twitter.
She described her husband as a true friend and confidant, who has been by her side since they met. Rachael also mentioned that their wedding anniversary falls on the same day as William's birthday, making it a special day for the couple.
"Bathidei yenye furaha Bill. Rafiki wa karibu na mwanadani wangu. Siku hii ni muhimu kwa kuwa tunasherehekea kuzaliwa kwako na vile vile tarehe ambayo tulifunga ndoa. Umbali tumetoka tunashukuru. Hakuna chochote kile ambacho niaweza kukulipa nacho kitakacholinganishwa na penzi ambalo umenipa," Rachael said in her message.
Many Kenyans took to social media to wish William Ruto a happy birthday, including former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa, who was fired from his position in March 2019. Echesa described William Ruto as a shupavu leader who has been able to bring people together from different backgrounds.
