Gideon Moi Asks Kenyans to Pray for His Ailing Father

Former President Daniel Moi has been hospitalized at Nairobi Hospital since he started experiencing health issues.

His son, Senator Gideon Moi, has asked Kenyans to continue praying for him, saying his condition is critical.

"I want to thank each and every one of you on behalf of my family for your continued prayers. Please continue to pray for my father, who is critically ill," Senator Moi said during a speech at Kabarak University.

He added that his family is grateful for the prayers and support they have received from Kenyans.

"Because of your prayers, he has been getting better," Senator Moi said.

Former President Moi is 95 years old and has been receiving treatment at Nairobi Hospital.

His family has not provided a detailed update on his condition, leaving Kenyans to rely on prayers and well wishes.
