Published on December 20, 2019, the South African Blitzboks rugby team is gearing up for the Hamilton Sevens in New Zealand next month.
The team will contest Pool B alongside Kenya, England, and Japan, while hosts New Zealand will compete in Pool A alongside Scotland, USA, and Wales.
The Blitzboks are currently level at the top of the World Rugby Sevens series standings with 41 points, tied with New Zealand.
They have had a strong start to the season, winning the first event in Dubai earlier this month and finishing as runners-up in Cape Town last weekend.
Pool C features France, Ireland, Canada, and Spain, while Pool D is a tough one with Fiji, Argentina, Australia, and Samoa.
