Published on December 19, 2019, Kenya Airways (KQ) has formed a strategic partnership with British Airways to ensure a smooth travel experience for their customers.
The partnership will allow Kenya Airways customers to access British Airways' extensive network in Europe, including the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, and other destinations.
On the other hand, British Airways will be able to connect its passengers through Kenya Airways' JKIA hub to its vast African network, covering East, Central, and Southern Africa.
According to Kenya Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Ursula Silling, 'KQ and BA continue to demonstrate real value to our customers and business through our great relationship. We are delighted to embrace these closer ties with British Airways. We look forward to working together in enhancing the partnership.'
British Airways, listed on the London Stock Exchange, is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom and the second-largest airline in the country based on fleet size and passengers carried.
