Jose Mourinho Ready to Offload Victor Wanyama in January ¶
According to Express UK, citing The Telegraph, Tottenham's new boss Jose Mourinho is preparing to trim the size of his squad to raise funds for his January transfer targets.
Victor Wanyama, the Harambee Stars captain, has fallen down the pecking order at the London club, managing just two Premier League appearances this season.
Wanyama is among three Spurs players earmarked for sale, along with left-back Danny Rose and playmaker Christian Eriksen, who are not part of Mourinho's plans at the club.
Hertha Berlin and several clubs in China have shown interest in the Kenyan midfielder, who has attracted attention from top clubs.
Former boss Mauricio Pochettino had previously tried to offload Wanyama in the summer, but a possible move to Belgian side Club Brugge collapsed on transfer deadline day.
Wanyama's fortunes have not changed with the arrival of Mourinho, who has limited him to just 10 minutes of football.
