December 19, 2019, Nairobi - A Kenyan radio journalist is facing a medical bill crisis, with his future uncertain as he remains detained at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).

Radio Jambo's Diamond Okusimba has been a patient at the hospital for over a month, battling chest complications, persistent headaches, and backaches.

Although he has shown significant improvement, Okusimba cannot be discharged until he settles the Sh1 million bill.

Friends and well-wishers are rallying around the journalist, who is known for his engaging football commentary and in-depth knowledge of football matters.

Okusimba's colleague, Fred Arocho, has made it easier for fans to contribute to his medical expenses by providing a M-Pesa Paybill number: 848964, account number Diamond.
