As the Christmas season approaches, Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai has issued a stern warning to drivers against driving at excessive speeds.

Speaking on the matter, Mutyambai emphasized that traffic police officers will be on high alert to monitor and apprehend drivers who flout traffic rules.

"We will closely monitor vehicles and drivers who drive at excessive speeds and will take severe legal action against those found guilty," Mutyambai stated.
