Brave Journalist Richard Muema Shot 8 Times, Begs for Help

Richard Muema, a courageous journalist, was shot eight times by an armed robber in Kasarani on November 5th. Miraculously, he is now recuperating at the Kenyatta National Hospital.

Doctors have successfully removed seven bullets from his body, but one remains lodged in his body and is yet to be removed.

According to eyewitnesses, Muema was shot in the stomach and leg while trying to defend his friend, a shopkeeper, who was being attacked.

On his social media post, Muema expressed gratitude to Kenyans for their support and prayers, stating, 'Hey good friends, your concern and prayers are really appreciated. I’m getting better each day!!.'

His hospital bill exceeds one million shillings, and his family is requesting financial assistance from well-wishers.

MCAs Cossy Mumo, a relative of Muema, has called upon Kenyans to help settle his hospital bill.

As news of Muema's bravery and recovery spread, Kenyans took to social media to express their support and gratitude, with many praising God for his miraculous healing.
