On Saturday, six middle-aged men were spotted eating grass near a primary school in Busia, bringing activities in the area to a standstill.
According to reports, the six men could be part of a gang that has been robbing locals in Busia town and its environs.
A local resident claimed that the owner of a hardware shop, Etyang, had been robbed of all his stock, which might have triggered him to seek the services of a witchdoctor.
