On December 18, 2019, Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha announced the release of the 2019 Form Four national exam results at State House in Nairobi, following a meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The top schools with A scores in the 2019 KCSE exams were:
- Kenya High School with 76 A scores
- Kapsabet High School with 49 A scores
- Alliance High School with 48 A scores
- Moi High School, Kabarak with 30 A scores
- Alliance Girls School with 27 A scores
- Maryhill Girls High School with 25 A scores
- Maseno School with 23 A scores
- Nairobi School with 23 A scores
- Mangu High School with 23 A scores
- Moi Girls High School, Eldoret with 21 A scores
