On December 18, 2019, Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha released the 2019 Form Four national exam results at State House in Nairobi, following a meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The top schools with A scores in the 2019 KCSE exams were:
- Kenya High School - 76 A scores
- Kapsabet High School - 49 A scores
- Alliance High School - 48 A scores
- Moi High School Kabarak - 30 A scores
- Alliance Girls School - 27 A scores
- Maryhill School - 25 A scores
- Maseno School - 23 A scores
- Nairobi School - 23 A scores
- Mangu High School - 23 A scores
- Moi Girls Eldoret - 21 A scores
