Thika Superhighway Closure: Motorists Advised to Cooperate

On December 19, a section of the Thika Superhighway will be partially closed for three days to facilitate the construction of a footbridge at the Mangu Road junction.

According to a public notice issued by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) on December 18, the closure will take place from 11 pm to 4 am to enable the installation of the footbridge.

Motorists are requested to cooperate with traffic marshals and comply with the proposed traffic management plan to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

As KENHA stated, 'We request motorists to cooperate and comply with the proposed traffic management plan and as directed by traffic marshals. We highly regret any inconveniences caused.'
