Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has assured Kenyans that the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results will be released before Christmas.

The results of the examination, which was conducted between November 4 and 27, are currently being analyzed by the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) officials.

According to sources, the marking of the examination ended on Thursday, and Knec officials immediately began analyzing the results.

It is worth noting that last year's results were released on December 21, and this year's results are expected to follow a similar timeline.

Over 26,000 teachers were involved in marking this year's KCSE examination papers, which were marked in 20 schools in Nairobi and surrounding counties.

Although Knec officials declined to give details on the release of the results, it is expected that the results will be released any time soon.
