King Kaka, a Kenyan musician, has found himself at the center of a controversy after releasing a song dubbed 'Wajinga Nyinyi', which calls out politicians involved in graft.

He released the song on December 14, 2019, and it has since gone viral, with many Kenyans praising his bold move.

However, the song has also attracted the attention of the DCI, who have denied summoning King Kaka despite his claims that someone called his manager telling him to come in.

King Kaka presented himself at the DCI headquarters in Kiambu Road, where he recorded a statement, claiming he had been summoned.

But the DCI has strongly denied summoning him, stating that he should not seek publicity through their platform.

Activist Boniface Mwangi had asked members of the public and fellow artistes to show up at the offices in solidarity with King Kaka, but the DCI has warned against using their platform for publicity.

King Kaka fears for his life and wants security, but the DCI has not commented on his request.

Below are the photos of King Kaka at the DCI offices.
