Harambee Stars' Abdullah has overcome a knock to start against Eritrea in the 2019 Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup semi-finals, which kick off at 1.30pm.
Abdullah suffered a setback in the team's last group match against Zanzibar, forcing him to be withdrawn.
He has now been cleared to play alongside Roy Okal and Lawrence Juma in central midfield, with Oscar Wamalwa tasked with goal-hunting duties.
