On December 17, 2019, public relations firm Gina Din Group announced its acquisition by Edelman Kenya for an undisclosed amount.
As part of the deal, Gina Din Group will transfer its public relations and marketing consultancy business to Edelman Group.
However, Gina Din Group will be responsible for all its debts and financial obligations at the time of the contract signing.
Gina Din Group has worked with prominent clients such as Safaricom, Barclays, and Kenya Airways.
Edelman, a global communications firm with over 6,000 employees and more than 60 offices worldwide, has acquired Gina Din Group.
