On December 16, 2019, thousands of women gathered outside the offices of a Kiambu bishop in protest of his alleged scam.

The bishop had been collecting millions from women's groups, promising to build apartments and business houses for them, but instead registered all the properties in his own company name.

Members who had registered with his company as beneficiaries went for years without receiving any documentation or payment. Some who tried to speak out were silenced by money, with the bishop targeting vocal members and buying them out.

However, the situation took a turn when two victims sought help from a traditional witchdoctor, Mugwenu, who claimed to have spell-casting powers that work within 24 hours.

Mugwenu's services include solving life challenges, such as love issues, family problems, and business hardships, as well as healing various ailments.

According to Mugwenu, detachment is key to success during the healing process, and he works with clients remotely.

Thanks to Mugwenu's intervention, the bishop finally started repaying the money owed to the women's groups, saving many lives that had begun to fall apart.
