On a fateful Sunday, a domestic dispute in Naivasha took a tragic turn when a woman bit off and swallowed her lover's tongue before fleeing the scene.
According to Elder Simon Mwangi, the couple had been drinking at a local bar when they got into a heated argument. The woman's actions were seemingly unprovoked, leaving the community stunned.
As the victim struggled to come to terms with the pain inflicted on him, he was unable to record a statement with the police due to his inability to speak.
Area chief Hassan Guyo confirmed that a manhunt has been launched to apprehend the woman, who remains at large.
