On 6th December 2019, Fanaka Real Estate was crowned the winner of the Best Mid Tier Land Company in the Use of Tech Solutions award at the Third Digital Tech Excellence Awards.

“It is a great improvement on our side since last year we were first runners up but this year we were able to emerge as winners,” Muriithi said.
He added that being listed in the same category with other bigger firms showed that Fanaka Real Estate had graduated into the big league of the country’s real estate industry.
Since 2016, Fanaka Real Estate has established itself as a leading provider of affordable plots, especially along Kangundo Road in Ruai, Kamulu, Joska, and Malaa.
