December 14, 2019, marked a significant day for Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah as he scored two goals on his weaker right foot in a 2-0 Premier League victory over Watford.

Salah's impressive performance comes after he found the net from an almost impossible angle on Tuesday night when the defending champions beat Salzburg 2-0 in the Champions League.

Manager Juergen Klopp had previously described Salah's finish against Salzburg as "sensational," highlighting the Egyptian's growing confidence in using his right foot.

"I'm practising with my right foot," Salah told BT Sport, crediting his consistent practice for his recent success.

Salah's first goal against Watford was a result of pace and guile, as he ran on to Sadio Mane's pass down the left before cutting in and curling one past Ben Foster in the 38th minute.

His second goal, a cheeky back-heel flick late in the match, calmed Liverpool's nerves after bottom-placed Watford briefly threatened to steal a point at Anfield.

Despite a below-par display, Liverpool managed to grind out a win, with Klopp praising the team's resilience and Salah's brilliance.
