December 14, 2019, will be remembered as the day King Kaka dropped a scathing critique of Kenya's ills in his new song, Wajinga Nyinyi.
The rapper takes aim at corruption, poor economy, and healthcare services in the country, leaving no stone unturned in his quest for truth.
He also targets controversial pastors like James Ng'ang'a and greedy politicians who embezzle taxpayers' money.
King Kaka's lyrics are a wake-up call to Kenyans, urging them to take responsibility for their actions and demand better from their leaders.
He raps, 'We are deaf and dumb. You already know who will be the president will come 2022. Voters are the dumbest and I wonder why your brains become full of shit. Just vote and later sleep hungry.'
The song also touches on the tragic death of Mariam Kighenda and her daughter at the Indian Ocean, MCSK paying artists peanuts, and Huduma Number being a scam.
King Kaka's message is clear: it's time for Kenyans to wake up and demand change.
He asks, 'Where are the jobs? stadiums you promised in your manifesto? Hata kama tuko na Kenyatta…strongly feel hatujapata Uhuru.'
