December 14, 2019, marked a dramatic night for Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones and a DJ at the University of Nairobi. A video has emerged online showing the rapper threatening to beat up the DJ after the latter messed up his live performance.
According to the video, the DJ's mistake occurred during a performance at the University of Nairobi, with the campus students wildly dancing and singing along. An irritated Khaligraph Jones is heard threatening to beat up the DJ immediately his performance was cut short.
“Nitakuchapa wewe, unafanya nini wewe. Dj ngoja hapo kwanza, Buda sitaki mchezo hapa wewe. Ebu anzisha hiyo ngoma tena na ukiharibu tena tunakuchapa sai vibaya sana,” Khaligraph is heard telling the Deejay.
His fans cheered him on while demanding that the unnamed DJ leave the decks for someone else. The incident has elicited mixed reactions from netizens, with some calling for Khaligraph Jones to be more professional and others defending his actions.
