Bandari FC's Bernard Mwalala is under pressure to find a solution to his team's misfiring attack, which has seen them slip to 12th place in the Kenyan Premier League standings.

Published on December 13, 2019, Mwalala had blasted his attacking players after a 1-0 defeat to Kakamega Homeboyz, declaring he 'must' find a solution to his team's frontline woes.

With key winger Hassan Abdallah on international duty, Mwalala has suggested that he may need to shop for a 'top striker who can finish' chances over the January transfer window.

'I cannot go the pitch and score goals. We need to sort this problem because it has been there for quite some time now. We create chances each and every game but my strikers cannot even score tap-ins,' Mwalala told Citizen Digital.

Despite rumors linking Mwalala to Tanzanian giants Yanga SC, the coach and the club's management have dismissed these reports, but it remains to be seen if they have unsettled his camp.

Bandari will face Kisumu All Stars on Saturday, with Mwalala hoping to fix his team's attacking problems when they return next year.
