She revealed that she had to eat unappealing foods, such as fruits and water, to help her lose weight.

"I don't know if the changes are noticeable, but I believe there's a bit of commitment and then big changes," she said in an Instagram post.

She also emphasized that losing weight is not easy, but the results are worth it, saying, "Anyone who has tried this method knows it's not easy, but the results are good. They say if you lose one thing, you can gain another."
