December 13, 2019, marked a special day for BBC presenter Anne Ngugi as she celebrated her daughter Angel Wanjiru's growth and accomplishments.

Angel, who lives with a disability, has been making strides in her life, and her mother couldn't be prouder.

As Angel prepares to attend the MTM Choice Awards in Bristol, UK, Anne shared a video of her daughter delivering an inspiring message to her audience.

In the video, Angel challenges people to love and accept themselves, saying, 'I'm grateful for the far that the Lord has bro. Not taking it for granted. Accept yourself the way you're. because if you don't who will?'

Anne's caption accompanying the video read, 'I just can't control my Joy?My Daughter Angel is mounting on wings like an Eagle? 2019 she has soured to higher?mightier Heights for the Glory of the lord Jesus Christ!!??'.

As a proud mother, Anne has always been supportive of her daughter's musical journey, and her love and encouragement have played a significant role in Angel's growth.
