Esther Passaris, the Nairobi Woman Representative, has vowed to deal with blogger Robert Alai for his recent tweet linking her to prostitution.

Alai's tweet, which has since been deleted, accused Passaris of looking for men to sleep with instead of focusing on fighting corruption in Nairobi.

He also pointed out the case of Akiba Estate in South B, where a private developer was back on the land despite Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko revealing that it had been grabbed.

‘With Sonko in custody, the Akiba Estate land grabber is back digging the piece of land. Sonko accused EACC head of investigations as being behind the grabbing of the piece of land. MP and MCA basically doing nothing,’ Alai said in the tweet.

Passaris responded by saying she has instructed her lawyer to take action against Alai, whom she branded a liar.

‘I have instructed my lawyers. #RobertALiar will have his ‘days of doom’ sooner rather than later,’ Passaris said.

Passaris has previously denied allegations of soliciting men, including a claim made by Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko in June this year that she tried to lure him to a city hotel.

Alai's tweet is not the first time Passaris has been subjected to such allegations, with controversial lawyer and politician Miguna Miguna calling her a prostitute during a live political show in November 2016.
