Kenya celebrated its 56th independence anniversary on December 12, 2019, a day that also marked a special occasion for socialite Vera Sidika's mother.
As the country commemorated its freedom from British colonial rule, which was achieved in 1963, Vera Sidika took to social media to shower her mother with love on her birthday.
'Happy Birthday, mom. I love you,' Vera Sidika wrote in a heartfelt message.
Her brother also wished their mother a happy birthday, saying, 'Happy birthday to you mum.'
When she's not spending time with her family, Vera Sidika's mother manages her salon business, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit.
