KCSE Exam Marking Process to be Completed on Thursday, December 12

Marking of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams is expected to be completed on Thursday, December 12.

Teachers who have been correcting the exams will leave schools on Friday, December 13, to return home.

Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha is expected to announce the results of the exams on Saturday, December 20.

According to Magoha, more than 300 schools were reported to be involved in the KCSE exam cheating scandal, but they have been placed under tight security.

The marking process began on November 28, a day after the candidates completed the exams.

The KCSE exams started on November 24 and ended on November 27, with 21 cases of cheating reported.
