On December 11, 2019, Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO) received a significant boost in its efforts to improve lives in Kibera and Mathare with a Ksh. 25 million grant from The Coca-Cola Foundation.
The grant, awarded by The Coca-Cola Foundation, aims to support SHOFCO's initiatives in providing education, healthcare, and economic empowerment to the residents of these two Nairobi slums.
SHOFCO's work in Kibera and Mathare has been instrumental in improving the lives of thousands of residents, and this grant will go a long way in scaling up their efforts.
