Manchester United's former manager Jose Mourinho is eyeing a surprise move for his former player Marouane Fellaini in the winter transfer window.
Fellaini spent five and a half years at Old Trafford after joining from Everton in 2013.
However, the 32-year-old Belgian left Manchester United in January 2019 to join Chinese Super League outfit Shandon Luneng, where his contract is set to expire in December 2021 with an option for an additional year.
According to French media outlet Les sport, Mourinho is now keen to add more depth to his Tottenham squad after making Fellaini his priority in the winter transfer window.
Fellaini has been in impressive form with Shandon Luneng, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists so far.
