The device, which was first seen making a strong showing in Antutu's August rankings, has been praised for its Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, 12GB of memory, and super-fast UFS 3.0 storage.
Notably, the Asus ROG Phone 2 was heavily discounted during the Black Friday season, making it an attractive option for new buyers looking to showcase their device's power.
On the budget front, Xiaomi smartphones dominated the rankings, with no devices from Huawei or Honor making the top 10. Oppo and Realme, however, fared better, with three devices from each brand making the cut.
The Samsung Galaxy A80 also managed to hold its own, challenging the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro in the local market.
