On December 4, Charles Mbusiro allegedly attacked a waitress, Stella, in Uthiru, forcing her to perform oral sex, raping her, and robbing her of Sh630 from her M-Pesa account.

According to police reports, Stella had left her workplace in Githurai 44 and was walking home when Mbusiro waylaid her and took her to a bushy area.

Stella recounted that Mbusiro showed her a knife and threatened to kill her if she did not cooperate. He then forced her to suck his penis, raped her, and stole her money.

After the attack, Mbusiro ordered Stella to use her dress to clean her private parts and chased her away, vowing to kill her if she revealed the matter to anyone.

Stella reported the incident to the police, and Mbusiro was subsequently charged with the crimes.

On December 11, Mbusiro appeared before Kibera Senior Resident Magistrate Boaz Ombewa and denied the charges.

The court granted Mbusiro a bond of Sh600,000 with surety of the same amount, and the case will proceed on March 3.
