December 10, 2019, marked a turning point for a doctor who had been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts. His story, however, is not one of despair, but of hope and understanding.

As a child, the doctor had been labeled as 'absent-minded' by his teachers and family members. He had difficulty concentrating in class and often found himself daydreaming. His mother, a perfectionist, had tried to instill discipline in him, but her efforts only seemed to exacerbate the problem.

Years later, the doctor's life took a devastating turn when he was left in charge of his children and one of them drowned in a swimming pool. The incident sent him into a deep depression, and he began to struggle with suicidal thoughts.

It was during this dark period that the doctor sought help from a psychologist. The psychologist's keen observation and understanding of the doctor's behavior led to a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The doctor's story highlights the importance of recognizing and addressing ADHD. Many people struggle with this condition, and it can have severe consequences if left untreated. By sharing his story, the doctor hopes to raise awareness about ADHD and encourage others to seek help if they are struggling with similar issues.
