On December 10, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Bomet County, Kenya, where a 29-year-old man lost his life at the hands of his 18-year-old girlfriend.
According to the police, the incident took place in the Boito village, Konoin Constituency, where the couple had been in a relationship.
According to Alex Shikondi, the Chief of Police, the suspect attacked the victim while he was at work.
The victim's body was taken to the Kapkatet mortuary, while the suspect was taken into custody at the Mogogosiek Police Station.
It is alleged that the suspect had been in a dispute with the victim before the incident, and had even gone to a nearby shop to buy a knife.
