Form Two Student Accused of Stabbing 29-Year-Old Boyfriend in Bomet

On December 10, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Bomet, Kenya, where an 18-year-old Form Two student was accused of stabbing her 29-year-old boyfriend to death.

The incident took place at Boito, Konoin, where the student had met the boyfriend at the market center where he worked as a shoe shiner.

According to eyewitnesses, a quarrel ensued between the couple, with the student accusing the boyfriend of being unfaithful.

Despite the disagreement, the boyfriend was stabbed in the upper part of his neck on the left side, resulting in his instant death.

The body was moved to Kapkatet mortuary, and the Form Two student is currently in custody at Mogogosiek Police Station.

Police boss Alex Shikondi confirmed the incident, stating that the student had bought the knife used in the stabbing at a nearby shop.
