December's chill is here, bringing with it the sounds of jingle bells and festive carols, but also an unforgiving shower of rains and glacial cold weather.

Published on December 10, 2019, this article suggests that your sex life need not suffer during the cold season.

While it's true that warmer months often lead to a preference for not cuddling after a sweaty romp, the cold weather presents an opportunity to get creative and keep things hot.

One way to do this is by cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The heat of the kitchen can be a sensual and flirty way to start things off, or you may even surprise your partner while they're cooking.

Another idea is to take a steamy shower together. A warm shower right after a long day may be what you long for, but jumping in there with your partner can be a great way to kill two birds with one stone.

Soaking in a warm tub is also a great way to unwind and feel each other, while igniting the spark between you and providing a toned-down, romantic mood.

For a more adventurous approach, try heating up the car by parking it somewhere isolated and switching on the air conditioning. You can have an intimate moment and then cuddle in the back seat.

Finally, consider laying a rag or carpet near a bonfire or fireplace and enjoying the feel of the fire's heat on your bodies as you get down to business.

And if all else fails, booking an impromptu night for two in a hotel suite can be a great way to spark things up and make everything feel new and different.
