On December 10, 2019, a dramatic scene unfolded at a primary school in Makueni, where a teacher was caught in the act with a married female colleague.
The incident occurred at around 6:30 PM after evening classes, when the two were found pants down in the headteacher's office.
Teachers at the school claimed that the two had been close, but none had suspected their relationship until the incident.
A source from the school alleged that the headteacher had a reputation for seducing new female teachers, and that those who refused his advances were subjected to mistreatment.
"We as female teachers have been intimidated not once with this teacher who always makes weird demands from us. We are happy he has been caught today," said Mercy, a female teacher who wished to remain anonymous.
According to another teacher who witnessed the incident, the headteacher and the married female teacher were overheard making suggestive comments to each other before they were caught.
