On December 8, 2019, a concert in Nakuru took a chaotic turn, leaving Ethic's performance on the brink of disaster.

The event, which featured top Kenyan talent, including Boondocks, Sailors, and Juacali, had promised a unique experience with ticket prices redeemable for a small bottle of vodka.

However, as the night wore on, the crowd became increasingly unruly, with attendees raining bottles onto the stage during Ethic's performance.

A Twitter user, @ShankiAustine, shared their account of the event, stating, 'Event organisers pia saa zingine hawawezi joh. Jana kulikuwa na ile event ya flow na Chrome huku Nakuru. Entrance ilikuwa 250 bob alafu unapewa chrome quarter. Expected artists walikuwa Boondocks, Ethic, Sailors, Pozze na Juacali. Event ilishika for the first 2 hrs. Boondocks.'

Fortunately, the situation did not escalate further, and Ethic's performance continued without major incident.
