On November 18, Cytonn Real Estate made history by being named the most innovative community developer (mixed use) in Kenya at the International Finance Awards.

The prestigious award recognizes companies that demonstrate excellence in the residential and commercial property space in emerging markets.

Questworks Limited, another Kenyan company, was also honored as the best real estate contractor by the magazine at the awards ceremony.

Questworks has a impressive portfolio of clients, including Siginon Group, Dyer & Blair, and Strathmore University, and has completed and ongoing projects such as the Nairobi West Hospital expansion, Avana Apartments, Pacis Centre, and Strathmore University Law School.

According to the International Finance Magazine, the award process is strictly supervised by expert panelists who provide in-depth analysis and review based on performance.

Cytonn's The Alma project in Kiambu County was a key factor in the company's win, featuring a retail centre, gym, swimming pool, nursery school, and gardens, among other amenities.

As Cytonn embarks on the second phase of The Alma, the company's commitment to creating self-sufficient mixed-use developments is clear, as stated by Daniel Mainye, a manager at Cytonn.

With a portfolio of projects worth a total of Sh82 billion, Cytonn continues to push the boundaries of innovative real estate development in Kenya.
