On November 23rd, 2019, a senseless tragedy unfolded in east London, claiming the life of Randy Skuse, a 27-year-old Kenyan man.
Skuse was attending a birthday party at a friend's house on Buckle Street, Whitechapel, when a fight broke out, resulting in his fatal stabbing.
According to the Metropolitan Police, Skuse was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:38 am, and an autopsy report later revealed that he died from a single stab wound.
Three other men were also stabbed during the chaos, but fortunately, their injuries were not life-threatening.
Following a thorough investigation, Sahal Abdi, a 26-year-old man from Notting Hill, west London, was charged with Skuse's murder and three other counts of wounding with intent.
Abdi was set to appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Friday, December 6th, 2019.
